Sugar Wing Ops Support

Sugar Wing Ops is the internal operations app for Sugar Wing restaurant employees in Largo and Tampa, Florida. It's operated by Sugar Wing Holdings LLC.

Getting an account

There's no public sign-up. Your general manager creates your login and gives you a temporary password. You'll set your own password the first time you sign in.

Forgot your password or can't sign in?

Ask your general manager to reset your password, or email us at info@mysugarwing.com from your work email.

Problems with the app

Email info@mysugarwing.com with your name, your store, what you were doing and a screenshot if you can. We usually reply within one business day.

Deleting your account

In the app, tap your initials in the top-right corner, then Delete my account. You can also ask your manager or email us. See the privacy policy for what's removed and what's kept.
